Cape Town AI Mastermind: Behind the Scenes
In February, I spent a week in Cape Town, SA with some of the top AI entrepreneurs in the space for a mastermind. We had hundreds of community members join us. I met some amazing people and left feeling so energized and inspired. Which is why I've been uploading almost daily lately, haha! Anyways, just dropped a behind the scenes vlog if you're interested in checking it out. First agent
Built my first Agent. Its a Customer Support email agent built with the help of @Nate Herk video. Analyzes the inbox,if the email is customer support the agent will create a response from the FAQs I gave it snd give a response to the customer based on whatever enquire they need. The agent will also send a messege to the client or you giving a brief summary on what the agent did. If the email isn't customer support it will just notify the client that they received an email,simple as. I have also added a error workflow so that if for some reason the agent breaks it will notify me to fix it. I still have a lot to learn but im happy that I managed to build something useful with ai. Next up is to find someone who is drowning in customer support emails and sell them this agent. I would love some feedback and also on ways on how to get clients (my plan was to post on linkedin). Lastly thanks for the help and walkthrough @Nate Herk

#AISChallenge - Day 1 Newsletter Build
I did it! That was super fun. It was my first time using Claude Code to build something and I was extremely impressed. One thing I learned is that it's much easier to not give up because if you get stuck, you can always ask AI. One thing I'd improve about the newsletter on the next iteration is adding a step where I can review the newsletter before it gets sent. Another would be using GHL instead of Gmail to send so I can send to more than just one person. I would have the automation push a draft to GHL where I could then choose the audience and send.
