Why isnt my n8n webhook firing from inbound vapi agent
I have a afterhours agent and one of the features it can do is collect customer information for a message they want to leave. My problem is the webhook never fires for some reason. I have the structured output, the tool assigned to the agent, and nothing seems to fix it or make the webhook fire. Has anyone else experienced this? If so what did you do to fix it?
