AI analyzes the message to:

Categorize the type (Bug / Feature Request / Complaint / Praise)
4️⃣ Smart Routing (IF Conditions)
Based on sentiment:
✅ Positive → Send thank you email
⚠️ Neutral → Log & monitor
❌ Negative → Alert team + create follow-up task

All feedback is automatically stored in a structured sheet:
