## FULL LAUNCH DASHBOARD — CLUB MIAHS

On top of the audits, we built from scratch an interactive 13-slide dashboard for the launch of a wellness community (Club MIAHS, launching April 13th).

Not a PowerPoint. An interactive HTML dashboard with:

- 3-phase conversion funnel (Acquisition -> Sales -> Activation)

- KPIs with min/good/top thresholds for every metric

- Visual calendar from April 6-30 with color-coded phases

- WhatsApp contact strategy (75 contacts across 3 groups)

- Full pipeline with operational checklists

A marketing director takes 2-3 days just to put together a launch plan like this. We did it in one session.

## 19 AI AGENTS CONFIGURED IN PAPERCLIP

And to cap off the day: we built a full AI agent team for the agency.

## WHAT CHANGES EVERYTHING

It's not that AI "helps." It MULTIPLIES.

I'm not "supervising" an AI that generates generic text. I'm WORKING with it. I provide business context, make the strategic decisions, iterate when something doesn't fit. The AI executes with surgical precision — JSON-LD schemas with real client data, tested technical configurations, reports with verified metrics.

When I say "the Club MIAHS schema needs the founder's credentials, sports certifications, and aggregate rating"... it doesn't give me a generic template. It implements it with real data: degrees, years of experience, links to official bodies (IOC, WHO).
