I have created a Skill in Claude Code. You can simply download and run this Skill in your Claude Code, and it will automatically help you step by step to set up the entire process where your Chats are automatically logged into a folder and turned into a Wiki for you to access, ask questions, gain deeper insights into your projects and look at gaps.
