here's the filter we use that most people skip - before targeting by niche or company size we layer in hiring signals. if a company is actively posting for sales, business development or marketing roles they're in growth mode. they have budget and they're thinking about pipeline right now.
that one signal alone pushes reply rates from 1-2% to 4%+ consistently. pair it with a tight niche and a short email and you're in a completely different game than everyone batch blasting scraped lists.
