Hi all,

I'm looking to hire a skilled n8n freelancer to help me build an automated WhatsApp → Google Drive workflow for my business.

Here’s what I need:

📌 Workflow Purpose: Automatically sort WhatsApp images into project folders in Google Drive based on captions.

Requirements:

Users will create main project folders: Job1, Job2, Job3
Use image captions like "Job1 - Room 1" when you send a whatsapp image to:
Identify the project folder (e.g. "Job1")
Create or reuse a subfolder (e.g. "Room 1") within that project and upload image
If no caption is provided, reuse the last-used subfolder for that sender
Upload each incoming image to the appropriate subfolder
Use memory logic to track sender's last-used folder
Must be built in n8n, integrating WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Google Drive

This workflow will save time in sorting and documenting progress photos
