Here’s what I need: 📌 Workflow Purpose: Automatically sort WhatsApp images into project folders in Google Drive based on captions. Requirements: - Users will create main project folders: Job1, Job2, Job3 - Use image captions like "Job1 - Room 1" when you send a whatsapp image to: - Identify the project folder (e.g. "Job1") - Create or reuse a subfolder (e.g. "Room 1") within that project and upload image - If no caption is provided, reuse the last-used subfolder for that sender - Upload each incoming image to the appropriate subfolder - Use memory logic to track sender's last-used folder - Must be built in n8n, integrating WhatsApp Business Cloud API and Google Drive This workflow will save time in sorting and documenting progress photos If you've done similar workflows or have experience with WhatsApp and file handling in n8n and think you can achieve this, please reach out.
