This week, i earned the “AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations” certification from Anthropic.

Here’s the concept that impacted me the most and why it changes everything.

The certification introduces 4 fundamental principles for working with AI: the 4 D’s.

🔹 Delegation : Knowing exactly which tasks to assign to AI to free up your time. Not everything. The right tasks.

🔹 Description : Communicating with absolute clarity to get high-quality results. A vague prompt = a vague answer.

🔹 Discernment : Maintaining critical judgment over every AI response. AI can be wrong. You need to catch it before your client does.

🔹 Diligence : Ensuring responsible and secure use. Your data and your clients’ data must be protected.

This framework directly applies to the reality of small and medium-sized businesses.
