This week, i earned the “AI Fluency: Framework & Foundations” certification from Anthropic. Here’s the concept that impacted me the most and why it changes everything. The certification introduces 4 fundamental principles for working with AI: the 4 D’s. 🔹 Delegation : Knowing exactly which tasks to assign to AI to free up your time. Not everything. The right tasks. 🔹 Description : Communicating with absolute clarity to get high-quality results. A vague prompt = a vague answer. 🔹 Discernment : Maintaining critical judgment over every AI response. AI can be wrong. You need to catch it before your client does. 🔹 Diligence : Ensuring responsible and secure use. Your data and your clients’ data must be protected. This framework directly applies to the reality of small and medium-sized businesses. Which of these 4 D’s is your weak point today?

Here’s why it matters. Most hotels in Africa don’t lose customers because of price. They lose them because they respond too late on WhatsApp. 📱 Every minute of silence is a potentially lost booking. So we built a prototype AI agent capable of automatically handling hotel customer support via WhatsApp. 🤖 - Reservations - Availability - Frequently asked questions All handled instantly. ⚡Technically, the system runs on n8n locally and is exposed to the internet using ngrok. But the real value isn’t the technology. The real value is this: ✅ Customers get immediate responses ✅ The front desk is less overwhelmed ✅ The hotel projects a more professional and modern image ✅ More inquiries are converted into bookings Next step: implementing advanced session management so the agent remembers context and keeps conversations natural. 🧠 Because a powerful AI agent doesn’t replace humans. It augments them.
