I Automated YouTube Comments Into Video Ideas (with n8n)

I built a simple system that helps generate YouTube video ideas directly from what viewers are asking for.

Here’s how it works: you drop in the URL of any YouTube video in your niche, it scrapes the top 50 comments, then an AI model (Gemini, or any other) analyzes them to pull out requests, questions, and pain points that people want answers to.

I put this together because I’m just starting my channel and wanted a way to make videos that people actually want to watch. Figured it might help others too!
