I’m currently learning and planning to focus on high-ROI systems like: • AI lead generation
• Sales follow-up automation
• Appointment booking systems
I see a lot of people charging €200–€500/month, but that feels undervalued if the system can generate thousands in revenue.
Would you:
Charge a fixed monthly fee?
One-time setup + monthly retainer?
Or price based on ROI (performance-based)?
