How do you convince businesses to trust your AI agency (and pay monthly)?
A lot of AI agencies claim they can save businesses huge amounts of money with automation… but to most business owners, those numbers sound unrealistic. So how do you actually convince them? Do you: - Show real demos instead of just talking? - Start with a small test before scaling? - Focus on solving one specific problem? And more importantly: How do you convince them to pay monthly based on ROI? For example: If you can clearly show you save them time or increase revenue, you can charge a monthly fee that still makes them profit. So instead of sounding like a cost, you become an investment. Also: How do you find your own angle as an AI agency in such a competitive market? Curious how others approach this.

@Asifuzzaman Arko This is actually a really powerful way to look at it, especially the part about credibility being built through sequence instead of just logic. The micro-win idea makes a lot of sense — it lowers the risk for the business and lets them see real results first. Right now I’m still working on landing my first client, so this helps a lot. I think focusing on one small, visible improvement instead of a full pitch is probably the move. Quick question: What’s an example of a good “micro-win” you would start with for a beginner? Appreciate you taking the time to explain this.

@Saltuk Kıraç That’s a strong approach, especially doing it live and showing a real use case immediately. I agree that “I’ll come back with a demo” can kill momentum if there’s no trust yet. At the same time, I think combining that with a small micro-win after could make it even stronger — so they not only see it, but actually use it in their business. Curious if you’ve tried that or if the live demo alone is usually enough for you to close?
Which is smarter for making money with AI?
What would you do if you want to start with AI automation and make money? Option 1: First learn n8n (build automations), then learn Claude coding, and then start selling Option 2: Skip n8n and go straight into Claude coding and start selling as fast as possible I think speed is important, but also that you should actually be good at something before selling it. What do you think is smarter: build skills first or start immediately and learn while selling?
How should i price my Ai automations
How would you price AI automation services in 2026? I’m currently learning and planning to focus on high-ROI systems like: • AI lead generation • Sales follow-up automation • Appointment booking systems I see a lot of people charging €200–€500/month, but that feels undervalued if the system can generate thousands in revenue. Would you: Charge a fixed monthly fee? One-time setup + monthly retainer? Or price based on ROI (performance-based)? Curious what’s actually working right now 👇

@Oscar Sanchez That’s a really solid way to look at it — especially adjusting pricing based on close rate and actual data. I hadn’t really thought about using close rate as a signal to increase pricing, but that makes a lot of sense. Right now I’m still in the early stage, so I’m focused on getting a few clients first and proving consistent ROI. Would you recommend increasing prices after every few deals, or more after a certain amount of data (like X number of clients or months)?

@Salem Ramzi That’s a solid framework — I’ve seen similar %-based pricing models and it definitely makes things easier to justify to clients. I like the simplicity of the 15% + 10% monthly approach. Do you usually base that on cost savings only, or also on revenue generated? Because I feel like with things like lead gen or sales automation, the upside can be much higher than just “savings”, so the pricing could potentially be higher too.
Super Win Spotlight!
I just got featured in the Super Win Spotlight this week and the congratulations from this community have been unreal. https://www.skool.com/ai-automation-society/community-wins-recap-mar-7-mar-13?p=0243dc91 But here's what I want to share that's more useful than my win. Look at the leaderboard. The people at the top are there because they show up, contribute, interact, and share what they're learning. People like @Yash Chauhan, @Frank van Bokhorst , @Duy Bui , @Jessica Jarvis , @Esayas Tesfaye , @Mohammed Imran , @Duncan Rogoff , @Shah Ehsan , @Muskan Ahlawat , @Dani Szwarc , @Joshua Mondares , @Antonio Capunzo , @Nick Mohler @Usman Mohammed, @Mike Thomson, @Mike AI Consultant @Michael Wacht, @Christian Rivadeneira and many other . Can't forget that one guy who works tirelessly to make videos nearly every day @Nate Herk. These people are moving. They're building. They're in the conversations. Nothing wrong with being a fly on the wall. You can learn a lot that way. But if you want to accelerate, get close to the people who are actively in motion. Comment on their posts. Ask them questions. Share your own work, even if it's messy. That's the real ROI of a community like this. The content is critical but the secret is the person to person engagement. Let's continue to share and keep working together.
