We’re looking for an experienced Cold Caller Manager to help lead and scale our outbound calling team.
Our agency builds AI-powered automation systems for local businesses — including AI receptionists, appointment setters, and voice agents.
Your role:
Manage and train a small team of cold callers
Monitor call performance and maintain quality
Optimize scripts, lead tracking, and conversion rates
Coordinate with our sales and automation teams
Requirements:
Proven experience cold calling or telemarketing teams
Strong communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working remotely and results-driven
Compensation:
Performance-based + base pay (to be discussed during the interview)
