Are any of you migrating your n8n workflows over to Hermes, or building new ones there from the start?
I've been using n8n for a while and the visual canvas is great, but I'm starting to think the main value is just... seeing what's running. And I could build a dashboard for that anyway.
What's pulling me toward Hermes is that it's native to the agent. It can self-improve, monitor its own workflows, and reason about failures without me having to paste JSON into Claude Code and hope nothing breaks. n8n is powerful but the AI-editing experience is brittle.
Have you made the switch?
