I haven’t posted in a bit — not because I disappeared.
I’ve been heads-down building.
Over the past few weeks I’ve been working on a full AI automation system for service businesses:
• AI voice receptionist
• Missed call text-back
• CRM pipeline visibility
• Lead scoring automation
• Follow-up sequences
• Industry-specific landing funnels
This project consumed me — architecture, workflows, edge cases, UX, messaging, deployment.
But it’s almost done.
And here’s what I realized while building it:
Automation isn’t about “AI features.” It’s about stopping revenue leaks.
Missed calls.
Slow follow-ups.
Leads sitting in inboxes.
No pipeline visibility.
That’s where money disappears.
This build forced me to think less like a tool builder…and more like a revenue engineer.
I’ll be sharing breakdowns of:
• What worked
• What I’d never do again
• Conversion insights
• Offer positioning shifts
• Packaging strategy
If you’ve been building quietly too — what are you working on?
Let’s trade notes. 🚀
