What confused you way more than you expected?
Honest question for builders: When you first started working with AI automations / agents, what part turned out to be far more confusing or fragile than you expected? What’s the hidden cost people underestimate in AI projects?
Something I’m starting to notice: Most AI projects don’t fail because of the tech — they fail because of a hidden cost that shows up later. From your experience, what’s the most underestimated cost when building or deploying AI automations / agents? Could be: - Maintenance & edge cases - Monitoring & incident response - Client education / trust - Prompt drift or model changes - Over-engineering too early Curious what ended up costing you more time or money than expected.

@Adam Hasan That’s a totally reasonable approach starting out — A is great for learning and momentum. One thing I’d be careful about though: choosing A because everyone says it’s better vs choosing it because it fits where you are right now. Out of curiosity, what’s the main thing you’re optimizing for at this stage —learning speed, confidence, or getting something live as fast as possible? I think a lot of people here started with A for different reasons, so it’d be interesting to hear those.
