Safest way to update Agent Zero

A shareable infographic guide on how to update Agent Zero will come shortly, but for now, even with a backup in hand, deleting your container before creating a new one is not great if something goes wrong.

Run both containers at the same time, here's how:

Keep your current Agent Zero on the port you see in Docker Desktop or in the URL you use to access A0 (e.g. localhost:32080),
Download the new image of A0 agent0ai/agent-zero:latest
Spin up the new version in a new container
Create a backup from the old instance through the Settings UI (Backup & Restore panel)
Restore it to the new instance, verify everything works and you have projects, files, memories
It's at this point that it's safe to delete the old container.

Zero risk of data loss. Your original instance stays untouched until you confirm the migration worked.
