Should I be seeking a business partner?

I've been thinking about this recently and a lot of successful agency owner have partners from the start. With 2 people in the business, we would be able to double our input and help each other grow faster. I've been running my agency solo for quite a few months now and I've still haven't made any money and since I'm doing everything by myself, I find that I'm limited to the amount of outreach and work I'm able to make a day from the amount of time I have, nor do I have any leverage since I'm also pretty new in the space, which makes me feel like I'm slowing my progress to get clients and make money. Not to mention the fact that there's a lot of other responsibilities that comes with building an smma, would it be more efficient to manage that with a business partner? am I shooting myself in the foot here by running my agency just by myself?
