Easy peasy…got ghosted on the onboarding (payment collection done here).
1 week follow up - resulted in reengaging and overall a no objection closed deal.
Our client retention so far is really good and LTV is high - i Know that in 3 months its gonna be an upsell of atleast same amount one more round or higher.
Good Start to March.
Aiming for 5 more clients by end of March.
1 more to be closed tomorrow.
