We are looking for highly skilled, experienced cold callers who know how to consistently book appointments with U.S. local business owners. This role is only for proven talent — people who already understand the craft of cold calling and don’t need hand-holding.

About the Role: You’ll make outbound calls to local business owners, engage them confidently, overcome objections, and book qualified appointments. Candidates who have their own self-scraped leads are strongly preferred and will be prioritized.

There is no formal training. Instead, you will be given SOPs and scripts — just like ingredients — and it’s your responsibility to execute effectively and deliver results.

Compensation

We are only seeking skilled talent — which is why we pay up to $30 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
