If you’ve read previous posts you’ll know i recently started my agency working for estate agents within my local area of the UK.
My service is lead generation via Facebook Ads, as well as also qualifying the leads for the client as a 2 in 1 service, with ‘free home valuations’ also being used as a CTA and lead magnet on my agency website, and on my Facebook Ad forms for more potential leads for the client - I’ve been told this is a strong offer but just want some thoughts and opinions from others ?
Additionally, I’m struggling to decide how many ‘new qualified leads’ i should promise the client to get within ‘X amount of days’, otherwise they don’t pay if the amount of leads isn’t hit within the amount of days i promised - any suggestions on how many leads in however many days i should say to them ??
Finally, i’m stuck for what price to set it at.
As this is a beginner agency, i was thinking just start low at a few hundred, or even offer 14 day / 30 day trials free of charge if they’re heavily objecting, just provide an ad spend of a minimum £300 ? This is simply to just gain experience before focusing on earning, however i’ve also seen people charge hundreds / thousands straight away with no experience - suggestions please ?
