past couple weeks i was doing outreach by sending free value upfront (scripts & ideas)

sent to 100 leads and only got 3 replies 😂

realized my agency's core was broken simply, especially the offer

so i went deep (watched 26 YT vids lol) and finally figured out how to make a better one

after that, got 1 inbound lead on IG + 2 outbound leads interested

think i cracked it now - going all in
