📩 This is NOT your average DM role.
You’ll be engaging warm leads from social media and existing community members inside our low-ticket programs. Your job?
Start convos, build rapport, qualify, and book calls for our high-performing closers to enroll clients into our $5K–$15K high-ticket mentorship.
✅ You must:
Have DM setting or appointment setting experience in the high-ticket/infoproduct space
Be confident, coachable, and able to hold natural, conversion-focused conversations in DMs
Understand qualification frameworks and pre-call objection handling
Be organized, self-motivated, and driven by performance (we track KPIs closely)
Be available full-time and fully committed (no freelancing or part-time side gigs)
🔥 What you'll be working with:
A warm audience of over 120,000 followers across TikTok and Instagram
Daily lead flow from organic content and paid ads
A proven offer that converts (backed by years of testimonials and success stories)
A high-converting sales team + expert mentorship from industry pros
Constant training, feedback, and growth opportunities
💰 Compensation:
Flat base of $500–$1,000/month after a 2-week trial period to prove yourself
Performance-based commissions on booked calls and closed deals
Clear KPI expectations + path to earn $3K–$6K+/month
Fast-track growth to potential Setter Manager or Closer roles
