Hey guys, missed you !

Hope you guys are crushing it. I've dissapeared for a good month because I wanted to come with an epic win and story.

At least I got the dragons to slay, but not yet the level to slay them...

I've got more defeats than wins this month, but the biggest win is I didn't give up, switch niches, and I kept some contacts with people from the community.

The 90days challenge is almost done (19days left I think) and this is the current result :

On the darker side :

1 client I stopped because he's not paying lol
out of the 5 that wanted to go for a free trial, only 3 really started after the onboarding, the others didn't follow up
Invested almost 5K$ on Ads to get clients with a low financial ROI

On the positive side :

Oldest client increase in MRR from 500 to 1500/month.
1 client on pause as he changed jobs and doesn't need to get leads for now but is satisfied with my services (Got 500 from him for now, because he is a low budget I prefered taking him with a smaller budget than leaving him go but he gets less services for that price)
I'm still here lol
Got tons of time/repetition, did a lot of discovery calls (a few hundreds in the past 2 months)
