GHL Toll Free Number Verification ❗❗

Hey guys I'm having trouble verifying a number for my clients subaccount that we use to text and call the leads that we get from running their ads. I've already tried twice but still wasn't approved, can someone please walk me through exactly how to get a US toll free phone number for a client's subaccount, how it should be requested and what should be filled out in the request form to get it approved. Also we generate leads from Meta ads from a lead form into GoHighlevel so what should I also put in the "Opt-In Workflow Image URLs" and "Opt-In Type" in the request form. If any has any idea how to do this it'll really help as I need to fix this immediately.
