Hey everyone!
I saw that a recurring topic in this chan was on write cold emails that actually get replies for your agency. Been going deep on this for quite a while, and I have a feeling a bunch of you are in the same boat.
The thing that clicked for me: a cold email isn't one message, it's 4 questions your lead asks himself, in order. Sharing the structure in case it helps to structure your email:
1. "Do I know this person?" → your first line. Make it feel personal, never like a sale.
❌ "I came across your company and was impressed by your work."
✅ "saw you're hiring 3 SDRs, guessing your reps are drowning with work rn."
2. “Ok, but who are you?" → borrow credibility. One line, real client, specific number.
❌ "We are a leading provider of growth solutions."
✅ "we booked [agency] 23 calls in x weeks with a team of y.”
3. “What's in it for me?" → offer a result, put the risk on you. Format: "I'll do X in Y, or Z."
❌ "Would love to hop on a call to see how we can help."
✅ "I'll get you 15 booked calls in 30 days, or you don't pay."
4. “What now?" → one single step, precise slot. No "would you be interested?".
❌ "Let me know if you'd like to chat!"
✅ "can I ring you at 3:30pm today, or before noon tomorrow?"
So in short: Personalize → prove you're real → make an offer too good to ignore → one clear next step.
