So, might be a very simple q, but ultimately makes all the difference.

Been using notion for a while, and it currently houses our complete infrastructure, with auto-populating tasks when clients join, tracked client dashboards where every property is related to each other and a bunch of other cool stuff I've spent hours on trying to solve in Make. Ultimately, it is the best system that I've built specifically for what we need as a team.

However, since we're growing, we're slowly realising with Notion, you either have to give complete access to absolutely everything, or parts of the system break on the end of the other team member, who might not have full permissions. It's important for team members to only have access to resources that they need and not to the whole directory.

This is why I'd like to ask...

For automation, Integration, seamless sharing and ease of use, which project management tool would be best?
