Advice to scale my agency to 30k/m
I'm stuck in $10-$15k/m for the last 4 months fluctuating around.
I spent $300/m on ads.
Recently turned it to 2x ($600/m) > and thats how i go from around 7k ish to 10-15k now.
We booked 1-3 calls a day and 60-70% showup rate.
I charge 1-1.5k retainers.
I wanted to scale to $30k/m in under 90 days, so 3X my rev.
Question is, what do u recommend I should fix or do?
- 3X my ad spend? (I'm ok with that)
- Increase my pricing? (I'm in Asia market, tough to charge high)
My issue is idk what am I missing, what should be improved, or which areas to change too.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
