Last week on Monday, I had three calls lined up that came from the FB ads I was running. I previously only spent $170 on the ads, and then I decided with my media buyer to push a VSL campaign. Within around 18 hours I got three booked calls, and I was ecstatic because this approach was showing positive feedback. I joined all three calls on Monday, and the first client I closed for $7,500/month, the second was $7,000/month, and the third client was for $35,000. Now keep in mind the $35,000 is projected since I am taking 50% of the revenue I bring the client, so I could be that I make it happen in 1 month or 5 months. My team and I already projected it will take around a month since he has a compelling offer and we have been successful helping this niche in the past. Thought of sharing some values + get some feedback. Paid (meta) ads worked the best for my agency. We've acquired clients through this. I've automated my metrics and check this weekly to ensure we're: - Minimizing cost per lead → ads creative - Maximizing booking rate → booking funnel - Maximizing showup rate → Send out VSL - Maximizing closing rate → Reputation building If you constantly optimize the above 4 metrics, things should look good for you. Goal is to 2X my ad spend in Nov 25th - Dec 25th. Thought I share it here. Still a lot to learn. P.S. 17k is only new cash at 1st month retainer. Recurring isn't included.

Hey guys, I’m running ads for my roofing clean right now on Facebook but my CPM is very high. I’m talking numbers like 50, 40, 70. It’s weird though because my click through rate is almost 5%, hovering between four and five. I’m getting a good amount of link clicks, but no one‘s actually going to the landing page and filling out the survey and turning into a lead. I’m not running any sort of crazy offer. I’m just promising honest fair pricing and work and I’m using the headline and hook of a roof replacement for $3000 less and using it as a story because one of the client saved $3000 and they weren’t priced as expensive as the expensive guys, but they were a little more than the cheap guys. Hey guys, I run an agency for gyms & clinics (https://www.the-upscale.com/) I'm stuck in $10-$15k/m for the last 4 months fluctuating around. I spent $300/m on ads. Recently turned it to 2x ($600/m) > and thats how i go from around 7k ish to 10-15k now. We booked 1-3 calls a day and 60-70% showup rate. I charge 1-1.5k retainers. I wanted to scale to $30k/m in under 90 days, so 3X my rev. Question is, what do u recommend I should fix or do? 1. 3X my ad spend? (I'm ok with that) 2. Increase my pricing? (I'm in Asia market, tough to charge high) My issue is idk what am I missing, what should be improved, or which areas to change too. Any advice would be much appreciated.
