The cycle of life...questions.
Giving information and direction when we listen...
Grab a chair folks...Before I hit the Mic...
Testing, Testing can you really hear me, feel the gravity in my words...
The twists, turns and curves, which life throws at us...
Makes so many question GOD....
So much so, folks exclaim and think GOD is Testing us...
The misguided logic when we think critically...
Why would our FATHER test the creation he knows???
GOD knows the number of every hair on our heads...
We all must confess, 99.9 percent, don't have this strand count...
Lots of us can't remember what we had for breakfast, lol...
Even a blameless man like Job, thought GOD was messing with him.
He was angry after being besieged, with afflictions, tragedies and death of family...
Mental, emotional and physical pain too unbearable for most humans.
Yet, remember it wasn't GOD testing Job!!!
No matter what the fallen angel threw at him...
He was steadfast in his faith...even rebuking his wife in her frustration...
Even in the middle of doubt, Job talked with GOD!
Addressing the only entity that can save, restore and heal, us...
Now, if we are honest, 98 percent of folks aren't as good as Job...I know this truth for myself...
My personal testimonies could make this work a whole book...
I will only share a moment.
Pitch black, dark, cold night in Nov 1977...
Night reconnaissance with our squad, a map & compass.
Can't hardly see the person in front of you...
Trusting, hoping we have good skills to find our way..
Monkey wrench in the plans...we got lost in this swamp like area.
No radio, or phone to call for help...
We studied the map with the red light together, while wishing for a ride and our bunks.
Looked at a knoll on the paper, deducing it as a shortcut.
Single file, a hand on our buddies shoulders pushing forward...
Following the compass and map for 3 miles...
Helping each other over a wire fence.
Found the way back to the road...but...
We read the sign posted...the gasps audible..
Live Mine Field...Do Not Enter in big Red letters...
In that singular moment knowing GOD directed and saved us from being friendly fodder...
GOD saves us from calamities everyday, and most of the time we don't even realize it.
The next time you think the Creator is testing you...
Remember, that's not required for the enigmatic entity that knows us all.
