- absolutely SMASHED her first 10 days!! Consistently hitting steps, water, workouts, nutrition leading to bodyweight flying down! 🏆
- Really improving in the gym & focusing on technique (lots of exercise videos!). First week was doing 32kg leg press and now up to 75kg 💪🏼
- setting some big goals for 2026 including the Isle of Man Parish Walk which is a whopping 85 miles!!! Also first time on the stair climber this week to help with training for the walk 🥵👏🏼
