And Now.....
The standards he is setting himself, especially this week is NEXT LEVEL
πŸ’ͺ Keeps hitting 3 - 4 sessions consistently and constant Personal Bests
πŸ’ͺ If not training, he is hitting cardio or multiple walks through the day
πŸ’ͺ MUCH better habits with food and pushing the program around socials
πŸ’ͺ And his step count is never below 10k now
We have seen good progress so far, but great progress is coming
