I can't tell you how many things I repaired with a duck tape during my adventures. From clothes to bottles, lamps and even a crack in the hull of a kayak! So that I don't have to carry the whole large roll with me, I wind a large amount onto half of an old credit card. This way, it takes up much less space and retains its properties. Do you have any funny/extreme experience in using it?

To start, I am going to share some tips and advice that you will find useful during your adventures. I will always be open to hearing from you about how you would approach a given problem. For example, how do you secure your map from getting wet? (Yes, we are talking about a paper map... during adventure racing, you are not allowed to use GPS devices to navigate)
