"Yesterday, when we came back from my evening lecture, a storm was striking the city. I saw a fallen tree blocking half street and I called the emergency. When we got home, my girlfriend saw that our small apple tree had been broken and fallen, too. This morning, I spent around 1 hour trying to figure out if and how to "fix it" and I did my 1st "plant orthopedic surgery". I don't know if it'll work, but at least I tried. I'm also reading some affirmations that I'm finding very beneficial and today I kind of felt to "let go of everything", like goals, ambitions, desires... And I felt that this would be extremely helpful in order to have less inner conflicts, doubts, and receive from my body the direction that I often need and want. "
