🌊March is all about flow...
☕ A thought for your week… There’s a quiet difference between **creative force** and **creative flow**. Force sounds like: “I need to make something good.” Flow sounds like: “Ooo… what happens if I just follow this line?” This week we’re leaning into flow. Not pushing. Not polishing. Just letting the art stretch its legs a little. Here’s something playful to try: 🎶 Put on a song. 🤲 Roll your shoulders. Loosen your wrists. ✍️ Draw with your non-dominant hand. Don’t fix it. Don’t guide it too much. Just let it wander. When you’re done, sit back with your coffee (or tea) and ask: ✨ *Where did the art want to go?* Not where you planned. Not where it “should” have gone. Just where it naturally moved. Sometimes flow looks messy. Sometimes it looks surprising. Sometimes it looks like a child left the room unsupervised. All of it counts. If you try it, I’d love to hear what it felt like — in your hand, in your shoulders, in your mood. Let’s practice a little less force and a little more flow this week 💛

#EndangeredSpirits Affirmation and Prompt Share
Yesterday’s Saola affirmation: "My existence is precious and deeply valued." Take a moment today to honor yourself—just like the Saola, your presence, your creativity matters. 💛 🎨 Creative Prompt: Sketch, paint, or journal something that represents your “precious self” today. It could be literal, abstract, or symbolic—whatever feels right. I love how the saola's message aligned with my day so unintentionally. I'd also love to see what you create. If you feel moved please share in the comments. Like I always say, remember you are beautiful!
Soul Tea Doodles
This week’s prompt on the calendar is all about sharing a self-care or creative ritual… and I couldn’t resist sharing one of my favorites 🤎 Soul Tea Doodles ☕✨ Brew a cup of tea or coffee. Sit with it — not scrolling, not multitasking. Just you and the warmth. As you sip, begin to sketch. Not the mug exactly (unless you want to)…but the steam. The softness. The swirl of thoughts. The emotion rising with the warmth. Draw what the moment feels like. Is it foggy? Clear? Heavy? Hopeful? Does the steam spiral? Drift? Burst like sunlight? This is slow ritual sketching. No pressure. No outcome. Just noticing. Intention: To create space. To let your nervous system soften. To let the warmth move through your hands and onto the page. If you try it, I’d love to see what your “steam” looks like 🤍Tag or share in the thread so we can witness each other’s quiet rituals. Sometimes the smallest sketches hold the most truth.
