Cold Showers Aren't Good For You
Contrary to the popular trend... Cold showers aren't healthy. They shock your system and force your adrenals to produce excessive adrenaline to keep you warm. That's why you feel that buzzing clarity after stepping out of a cold shower (or an ice plunge). It can feel like you're "cleansing your system" ... But actually you're just high on adrenaline. What we learn from the Medical Medium information is that adrenaline is a critical resource that you want to allocate consciously. Many people have weak or depleted adrenals and don't even realize it... that's why they feel tired all the time... or low energy. Taking care of your adrenals (and not activating them unnecessarily) gives you MORE ENERGY to do other things like workout, sing, dance, talk to people, walk around, and live a self-actualized life.

The Sense Of Smell
Smell is one of your most important senses. You can tell a lot about a person or place based on how it smells. It’s deeply connected to your instincts. (our ancestors were more connected to it) Ever since I’ve been doing the Medical Medium diet protocols… My sense of smell has strengthened astronomically. Since my sinuses are always clear now… I can smell things that other people can’t. (Such as other people’s laundry detergent from outside their house.) You can re-connect with your sense of smell by removing synthetic fragrances and chemicals from your life. Detergents, perfumes, deodorants, soaps, scented candles, air fresheners, shampoos… All of these things contain synthetic perfumes that completely disable your sense of smell (and are toxic for your body). Dream Recall
It’s important to take a few minutes each morning to reflect on your dreams. You don’t have to rack your mind trying to “interpret” them… Just notice and reflect on what happened. Be aware. The best way is to NOT MOVE A MUSCLE when you wake up in the morning. The more you move your body the more the dream-energy dissipates. When you wake up… take a few minutes to just lay there in that comfy position and reflect on what themes your subconscious mind was exploring last night. Dreams are messages from the deep. Seriously.
