It’s important to take a few minutes each morning to reflect on your dreams.
You don’t have to rack your mind trying to “interpret” them…
Just notice and reflect on what happened.
Be aware.
The best way is to NOT MOVE A MUSCLE when you wake up in the morning.
The more you move your body the more the dream-energy dissipates.
When you wake up… take a few minutes to just lay there in that comfy position and reflect on what themes your subconscious mind was exploring last night.
Dreams are messages from the deep.
Seriously.
You can get a pretty clear picture on how you’re feeling in your life by noticing and honouring your dreams.
