a message to the brother men
I made this video for a brother I've been coaching that has had a recent relapse, but whilst recording I figured that it would be relevant for everyone. Check it out if you like brother man

Just dropped a full NoFap masterclass.
This is not surface level advice or motivation. I go deep into what this addiction actually is, why the normal methods don’t work, and what you actually have to do if you want to break free for good. I also break down things like relapses, flatlines, benefits, and what’s really going on during the process, so you’re not just guessing your way through it. And most importantly, I explain how this actually translates into real change in your life once you start doing it properly. If you’re serious about this, don’t just watch it in the background. Sit down, take notes, pause when you need to, and actually try to understand what’s being said and how it applies to your situation. This is the exact approach I used to break free from a 10+ year addiction. I’ve now been clean for over 3.5 years. After you’ve watched it, come back and drop your biggest takeaway or something you didn’t understand.
You cant trust yourself anymore
If you are addicted to something, something you KNOW is bad for you… yet you can’t stop? It means that you are at a place where you can’t trust yourself. Not yourself Not your brain Not your words Not your promises Not your SOUL. Your entirety is not to be trusted. Where do you think the guilt, shame, low energy, lack of self respect is coming from? Your addictions, the things that keep pulling you back, keeping you distracted, are like a parasitic entity whose entire goal is to have you indulge in it. Offering you fake stimulation and “pleasure”… in return, it wants a piece of you. My uncle once told me this about weed smokers, but this applies for all addictions. “Smoking weed chips away pieces from them.. little by little.. after some time.. they are just shells of who they were, and NOTHING like who they could have been”. Your phone addiction, scrolling, porn, gaming, junk food, shopping, backbiting, shit talking, procrastination, ALL OF IT. It TAKES away from you! Take it seriously, brother man! Before you know it, you might find yourself to be older and so much further behind that you ever imagined. I'm not one for scare tactics, but this must be taken seriously Take ownership of this journey daily. Check in, write to your brothers. Share what you have learned, share what's worked for you and what doesn't. Truly wish for each other what you wish for yourself, which is a free and more controlled way of life
More course modules incoming
The next couple of course modules are in the works. I don't want Accountabilio to be just about quitting porn and overcoming compulsive behaviors, because that's just one part of it. For those who know me, know that I have a past with this issue, and I resolved it. But a lot of the time it is fronted online that overcoming things such as porn addiction will automatically make you successful, attractive, mindful, and just riddled with discipline. That is a part of it, but it's not the full picture. Addiction is a limiter. But to completely change your life, you have to take action. And if you have a past where you have lived in a limited state, it can be hard for you to know how and what you need to do to achieve your goals. That is why the next process will look like this. First, we overcome your addiction. And I mean truly overcome it, not just get to a 30, 60, or 90-day streak. I want you to get to a point where your complete system is restored. Then we will delve deeper into how to regain internal control. Overcoming addiction is not just about stopping the behavior, because throughout the years, when you have been engaging with it, you have created an internal state that is not optimal for growth. So that is why we will focus on regaining internal control and make it a part of your identity. That is the next module that is coming up, so stay tuned for that, guys.
