Day One Again
Failed Thursday thru Friday... I am ready for the big long everlasting streak of a clean mentality. Honestly I feel fear thinking about laying aside my addiction. But nothing bad is going to happen from laying aside my addiction But it feels like something bad will happen. It really feels that way.

A failure is only a failure if you let it be that. There's a lot to learn from relapses. Have you watched the NoFap Masterclass and also the video modules?

@Michael Monaghan Keep us updated brother man
Killing the urge
I don't know if that's the right place to ask questions; I'm new to skool.com but I've been decades looking fore an answer for this question; how to get over the urge? It's kinda the key that gonna make anyone never touch porn or masturbate but at the same time, only a few have this key. Any opinions?

You are at the right place brother man. Basically, 90% of the content I create is about this. If you haven't checked out the longer master class I've made, then I would start by doing that. https://youtu.be/Q5BjonaLM2I?si=YFVvfq7qJaWXxvVB Watch it, then you can DM me.
a message to the brother men
I made this video for a brother I've been coaching that has had a recent relapse, but whilst recording I figured that it would be relevant for everyone. Check it out if you like brother man

Just dropped a full NoFap masterclass.
This is not surface level advice or motivation. I go deep into what this addiction actually is, why the normal methods don’t work, and what you actually have to do if you want to break free for good. I also break down things like relapses, flatlines, benefits, and what’s really going on during the process, so you’re not just guessing your way through it. And most importantly, I explain how this actually translates into real change in your life once you start doing it properly. If you’re serious about this, don’t just watch it in the background. Sit down, take notes, pause when you need to, and actually try to understand what’s being said and how it applies to your situation. This is the exact approach I used to break free from a 10+ year addiction. I’ve now been clean for over 3.5 years. After you’ve watched it, come back and drop your biggest takeaway or something you didn’t understand.

Thank you brother SE, that genuinely means a lot. Thatss exactly what I set out to make! One resource that actually cuts through the noise
You cant trust yourself anymore
If you are addicted to something, something you KNOW is bad for you… yet you can’t stop? It means that you are at a place where you can’t trust yourself. Not yourself Not your brain Not your words Not your promises Not your SOUL. Your entirety is not to be trusted. Where do you think the guilt, shame, low energy, lack of self respect is coming from? Your addictions, the things that keep pulling you back, keeping you distracted, are like a parasitic entity whose entire goal is to have you indulge in it. Offering you fake stimulation and “pleasure”… in return, it wants a piece of you. My uncle once told me this about weed smokers, but this applies for all addictions. “Smoking weed chips away pieces from them.. little by little.. after some time.. they are just shells of who they were, and NOTHING like who they could have been”. Your phone addiction, scrolling, porn, gaming, junk food, shopping, backbiting, shit talking, procrastination, ALL OF IT. It TAKES away from you! Take it seriously, brother man! Before you know it, you might find yourself to be older and so much further behind that you ever imagined. I'm not one for scare tactics, but this must be taken seriously Take ownership of this journey daily. Check in, write to your brothers. Share what you have learned, share what's worked for you and what doesn't. Truly wish for each other what you wish for yourself, which is a free and more controlled way of life

@Joshua Gee Most people never even get to that point. They keep thinking “I’ll just do better next time” without realizing that the part of them making those promises is the same part that breaks them. That’s why just “trusting yourself” doesn’t work when you’re in it You’re on the right track with that awareness brother man 👊

@Michael Monaghan I think the last question will reveal itself as you walk the path and start to get to know the version of yourself that is not burdened with this poison anymore
