Friday check-in!
And I want to ask something honest... Have you ever found yourself reaching for food when you weren't actually hungry, and then wondered why you did that? I think this happens to almost all of us at some point. And it's almost never about the food. I've been sharing this week about what I call "primary food", the emotional, relational, and spiritual nourishment that either fills us up or leaves us searching. So here's my Friday question for you: What are you actually hungry for right now? (And I don't mean dinner 😄) Feel free to be real here, this is a safe space and I promise there's no wrong answer. ♥️ Happy Friday, friends!

I want to ask you something a little different today...
If you woke up tomorrow feeling TRULY healthy, not just okay, but genuinely energized, clear-headed, and at peace, what would be different about your day? Like actually picture it. What would you be able to do that you can't fully do right now? I ask because I think we so often chase health for the wrong reasons, and when we connect it to something that actually matters to us, everything changes. For me, it was realizing I wanted energy to BE PRESENT with my family. Not just survive the week. What about you? What's your real WHY for wanting to feel better? I'd love to know 🫶🏻

Okay, real talk - how many of you scroll your phone before bed?
Be honest. I used to do it every single night and genuinely thought it was helping me wind down. Spoiler: it was doing the opposite. I started experimenting with what I call a digital sunset, just turning off screens 30 to 60 minutes before bed. And the difference in how I felt the next morning was honestly kind of shocking. I'm curious about you though. What does your evening routine actually look like right now, and is there anything you've tried that's helped you sleep better? Also, if you DO try a digital sunset tonight, I want to hear about it tomorrow morning! Who's in?

Okay, real talk - how many of you scroll your phone before bed?
Can I share something that completely changed how I think about food and cravings?
I learned about this concept called primary food, and it's the idea that what truly nourishes us goes way beyond what's on our plate. Things like our relationships, our sense of purpose, our spiritual connection (and more) these are our PRIMARY food. When those are full? Eating becomes simple. When those are empty? We often reach for food to fill a gap it can't actually fill. I think about this all the time. So my question for you today is: which area of your life is feeling the MOST nourishing right now — and which one feels like it needs more love? No right or wrong answer here. Just genuinely curious about where you're at.

Happy Monday, friends! ♥️
I've been thinking about something this morning and I have to ask, when it comes to your health, what does "starting fresh" look like for you? For me it used to mean cutting everything out and going all-in on restriction mode. Until I realized that was actually keeping me stuck. Now I try to ask myself: "What can I ADD today?" not what can I take away. So I'm curious: what's one thing you could add to your week, one small nourishing thing, that would feel doable and good? It doesn't have to be big. Even one more glass of water, one handful of greens, one walk outside. What's yours? Drop it below 👇 I want to cheer you on 🤗
