Today I want to talk about cravings, but not the way diet culture does. No shame here, only curiosity.
Man shall not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.
Matthew 4:4
I have learned that my cravings are often messengers. Tired asks for rest. Lonely asks for connection. Empty asks for God.
So let us be honest with each other. What is your most common craving, and when does it usually show up? I wonder what it might be trying to tell you.
