Daily Journal (Day 13) 6th May,2026
. Sleep: 3 am to 11 am (8 hrs) . Woke up, then had breakfast at 12. . Had to do some task on laptop so laptop uthay, charge py lagya, apni group mate se contact kiya. . 12 30 to 1 45 PM : shower liya, zuhar prhi. . 2 to 3 Pm: Gap shap with my khala and cousin, meanwhile was in contact with my group mate for work. At 3 15 Pm, indrive krwai and came back to hostel, reached hostel, relaxed for a bit tgen my group mate came to my hostel at 4 30, we had to do project together. After a bit, we started to work, prayed asr at 5 45 Pm. And continued our work, then prayed maghrib together at 7 Pm. At 8 Pm , order food and had dinner together, and continued our work , at 9 PM she decided to go back to her hostel, so me and my friends decided to go with her upto her hostel's street, had golla ganda then and returned back to hostel. Then i prepared a bit for my quiz and did mediation and namaz. Scrolled reels a bit and now going to sleep. Namaz: Fajar ❌ Zuhr ✅ Asar ✅ Maghrib ✅ Esha ✅

@Huzaifa Odd I do plan. Whenever I plan or make intention " k mjhy subh bss uthna hai" then I wake up. And I am waking up for fajar now a days.
Daily Journal (Day 15) th May,2026
.Slept at 4 am After praying fajr . Woko up at 9 am, had online class till 10 20 am . Had breakfast along with my friend and a bit rest till 11 30 am. . Started to work on my project from 11 30 to 1 Pm. . 1 Pm to 2 30 Pm: took shower, prayed zuhar. . Started to work again, after a bit scrolling social media, and ended up till 5 Pm. . Prayed Asr, tasbeeh, and then again project. . Prayerd maghrib at 7 Pm, a bit more work and then went for dinner along my hostel friends. . Then we went to a caffee for fries and chai and came back to hostel at 9 20 Pm. . Was very worried then due to pending tasks. . Around 10 20 to 10 30: walk (10 mnts) . Talked to my classmate ( 10 30 to 11 15 ) . Prayed esha at 11 45 Pm . Decided to sleep, but couldn't and so studied a bit for today's viva. . Then i slept at 1 30 am almost after huge struggle. . And now woke up at 5 am. Prayed fajar, tasbeeh and Quran, did meditation and now writing journal. Today's task: . Give viva . Project . Meditation . Walk . Mavi new lecture Namaz: Fajar ✅ Zuhar ✅ Asar ✅ Maghrib ✅ Esha ✅

Sath Sath me mental mastery course ko b start kr den, try to watch, make notes and absorb at least 2 - 3 video lec daily; Sath hi Sath Freelancing course, Upwork Course ko learn krty chaly jaen aur agr Social Media Management ko bhi learn krna chah rhy hen tou usko b Sath ly k chalen (I think so... Seniors please correct or update me regarding this SMM point) Jo b learn kren uski practice kren, And try to improve continuously. Learning is a continuous process don't leave that. Your notes are your 2nd brain 🧠.

@Muhammad Usama Chaudhry ok ok thank you. I am a beginner and I thought that we should complete one course and then move to next. Will follow the same(2 courses at a time) from on In shaa Allah.
Daily Journal (Day 14) 7th May,2026
. Sleep: 1 30 am to 4 50 am . 4 55 am to 5 30: fajar+ tasbeeh+ meditation . 5 30 to 8 30 am: slept and woke up at 8 30 am . Breakfast at 9 am, then again slept at 9 30 am(boht neend aa rhi thi) . Woke up at 11 30 am and check my phone, get ready for university, prayed zuhr and left for university at 1 Pm, . 1 PM to 6 Pm: Uh university classes . Returned back to hostel at 6 Pm, prayed asar, Watched skool lecture, then prayed maghrib at 7 Pm. . Used phone for half an hour then dinner at 7 45 Pm, went outside and bought some snacks and returned back. . Called my ammi, talked a bit and then started to work on my laptop (final year proj), worked till 10 almost. Rested an hour and then prayer esha at 12 15 am Did meditation and then started my DevOps assignment at 1 am . And it's 3 30 am now, i just completed my assignment, a bit is remaining, now writing journal. . Will pray fajar now and will go to sleep then Namaz: Fajar ✅ Zuhr ✅ Asar ✅ Maghrib ✅ Esha ✅ Tomorrow's task: . Attend Online classes . Continue FYP . Meditation . Stretching (5 min) . Mavi new lecture . Walk (10 min)
