Brunch : protein pancakes Afternoon snack : fried cassava Dinner : pasta with marinara sauce Skipped a workout today What habit do I keep repeating that moves me away from my goals? Yes definetely need to address this my weakness is definitely chocolate. So on this challenge I want to go from eating 10g chocolate and replace it with something healthy . The occasional binging on crisps or cookies need to go too🫣 I try not to skip a workout unless it’s resting day . No negative talk .. I need to glow lol 😂

Meal update
"Couldn't sleep all night—first the intense heat, and then the UPS battery died. We came to my mom's place this morning and I had breakfast right away at 8:00 AM (a paratha with dal). For lunch, I had a boiled egg and 4 to 5 spoons of mutton pulao. Even though it's incredibly hot and I’m running on zero sleep, I still managed a one-hour walk to stay consistent Ghar par na honay k bd b consistency on it's peak🙆🫠
