How to price your info product
Since joining skool, I think I've seen just about every money model at work. I've seen low ticket monthly communities, with upsells for courses. And high ticket masterminds with downsells for courses. I've seen $5k courses that promote in person event upsells. And every type of bonus, urgency, and scarcity. I've helped both low and high ticket communities win the skool games. In every niche you can imagine. And 1 of the most important things I've learned in the last 18 months is about pricing. So here are 6 simple rules I follow when pricing my products: 1. Information (books, videos, etc) should either be free or cheap 2. 1:1 should be $5k+ and very scarcely accessible as you grow 3. Never do monthly pricing unless you add new materials/calls/value every month 4. Super low ticket is the best was to filter leads for your high ticket 5. Cold leads won't pay $50+ without multiple warm up steps. Price around $9-$30 for entry offers. 6. The more you charge, the more people value your products. And a bonus tip, if you're giving calls away with you and you're charging less than $1k, you're devaluing your time. Hope this helps someone! Anyone launching a new product? Share it below!

Going into 2026, ask yourself these 4 questions
I'm not a fan of resolutions. I'm a fan of habits that stick. So quick challenge for any of you guys setting resolutions: Start them today. Want to lose weight? Start the diet now. Want to grow your skool? Film a youtube and send some outreach today. Want to get in a relationship? Go sign up for some events surrounding your interests right now. But here are some questions to help you figure out what you need to focus on in the big picture. - What's something you do for fun/to relax that you have no positive memories of? Delete it. - What's one thing you didn't think was productive that led to a win? Do more of that. - If you removed 1 thing from the past year, to help you hit your goals, what would it be? Delete it. - What's the best week you had this last year? Engineer that to be your every week. Answering these questions made me realize that any time on social media was lost time. I had no positive memories from social media, and very few from any type of television. Boom there's 2 things to cut out. If I removed sugar from my diet, I'd have more energy to work late. I've already started eliminating processed foods to eliminate sugar completely. One thing that felt unproductive was writing and documenting my ideas. Turns out those became my best content and eventually a $40k launch. "Write more" is something I started last month. Finally, the best weeks I've had this year were filled with 14 hour work days, lots of writing and calls, evenings outside running, or walking with my FiancƩ, and going to bed exhausted because I worked so hard. So more deep work sessions paired with outdoor adventures *for me* are the ingredients I'll be insuring are always in my schedule. And remember.... Your life is happening now. It doesn't start when you hit a goal. You're not preparing to live. You're living... The moments you spent reading this post, are gone. Go and live each future moment. So that when it's all said and done, you can look back with a smile, knowing you lived.

Someone stop me
First coach I ever paid to work with? I paid $2k up front to learn about Offer Creation. ...And $10k to keep working with him over the next 90 days. Second coach? I paid $2,500 for him to review my copy. Third coach? I paid $7,000 to go to an in-person event and learn about funnels. Another coach? I paid $4,000 to go to 1 dinner and learn about Social Media. In between those coaches I've paid thousands for random programs, and Masterminds. What did I learn over the last year with over $30,000 invested? Well I saw a pattern. I recognized the key traits I needed to embody. All these uber successful people were delusional. In the best kind of way. And I learned how to create offers that sell out every time. Finally, I learned that business is incredibly simple. And the best entrepreneurs are 1 of the following 2 personas: 1. So dumb that they keep business simple by default. 2. So smart that they complicate things, but quickly solve them. And most people are somewhere in between dumb and genius (you guys are closer to genius don't worry) But seriously. That's what gets us. We're complicating things because our brains are too smart to ignore that there are several ways to be successful. But not trained enough to simplify it down to the 1 solution that could make you the biggest entrepreneur in your city. And many of you, like me, wind up investing tens of thousands into courses to try and fix this. Well it's CRAZY to me that these entrepreneurs could sell systems so simple, for so much. That's why I've put everything I know into https://skool.com/playbooks It's the culmination of every successful: - Marketing email - Ad that I've run for Skool games clients - 7-figure offer I've built from scratch - And teams I've brought together to help entrepreneurs scale And it's all inside Playbooks less than your monthly Netflix subscription. But this is where I'm gonna actually pitch you (so feel free to ignore this if you're not looking to invest in anything rn)
