Someone stop me
First coach I ever paid to work with? I paid $2k up front to learn about Offer Creation. ...And $10k to keep working with him over the next 90 days. Second coach? I paid $2,500 for him to review my copy. Third coach? I paid $7,000 to go to an in-person event and learn about funnels. Another coach? I paid $4,000 to go to 1 dinner and learn about Social Media. In between those coaches I've paid thousands for random programs, and Masterminds. What did I learn over the last year with over $30,000 invested? Well I saw a pattern. I recognized the key traits I needed to embody. All these uber successful people were delusional. In the best kind of way. And I learned how to create offers that sell out every time. Finally, I learned that business is incredibly simple. And the best entrepreneurs are 1 of the following 2 personas: 1. So dumb that they keep business simple by default. 2. So smart that they complicate things, but quickly solve them. And most people are somewhere in between dumb and genius (you guys are closer to genius don't worry) But seriously. That's what gets us. We're complicating things because our brains are too smart to ignore that there are several ways to be successful. But not trained enough to simplify it down to the 1 solution that could make you the biggest entrepreneur in your city. And many of you, like me, wind up investing tens of thousands into courses to try and fix this. Well it's CRAZY to me that these entrepreneurs could sell systems so simple, for so much. That's why I've put everything I know into https://skool.com/playbooks It's the culmination of every successful: - Marketing email - Ad that I've run for Skool games clients - 7-figure offer I've built from scratch - And teams I've brought together to help entrepreneurs scale And it's all inside Playbooks less than your monthly Netflix subscription. But this is where I'm gonna actually pitch you (so feel free to ignore this if you're not looking to invest in anything rn)

Thanks @Patrice Moore , nice eg of motivational copy. You hit all the bases there. Hope workshop goes (went) well.
Created a behind-the-scenes channel...
Anyone curious on what the day-to-day looks like of running seven-figure businesses? I just launched a new channel: https://youtu.be/_oYOiTkS5ug No edits, nothing fancy, just how I run my life and business. Follow along if you want to see how we roll!

WHAT'S HAPPINING
So I launched an offer 1 week ago. Today we hit 97 members in Playbooks. And the people in there are LOVING it. I'm just thinking how fricken cool would it be if we hit 100 in the next couple hours? That's just 3 more peeps.... 5pm will be exactly 1 week since launch. Who wants to be 1 of the 3 people to get us to 100? See you inside? https://skool.com/playbooks (even if you just wanna funnel hack me, this funnel has printed money on autopilot faster than any other, and if you're 1 of the next few people to join, you'll get to see why in my Tiers Implementation call)

How to use Tiers like a millionaire (and an UPDATE 💍)
So I almost never go live in this community. (skip to the end to see a really cool moment in my life yesterday) But the reason is, I’m busy writing for some of the biggest communities on the platform. Now there’s a ton of people struggling to build communities. Maybe you joined with Hormozi's big promos, and you’re wondering how the heck some communities are growing so much faster than others.... 1 thing you guys could all use from those massive communities, is their new tiers strategy 📈 It’s not that they’re creating new products and getting distracted. They’re becoming engineers. Orchestrating their customer experience in a way that leads each person who clicks join to not just buy once, but to buy everything they’re selling. Imagine your communities, and your clients did that? It’d be insane. Because a lot of you already have insanely good offers. It’s just the funnel and pricing that’s not strategic. So Wednesday at 11am NY time, I wanted to bring the 7-figure strategies I’ve built, and the 8-figure strategies I’ve implemented, to you. I’ll be live for a full hour, with something epic prepared, and a free gift for ya’ll. I don’t have any high ticket BS to sell ya. There’s plenty of that on skool. I'm going to show you what my biggest clients are doing to win, and how I’m personally using skool. Save the zoom link here! Alsoooo BIG update in my personal life. I got engaged yesterday!! 💎 Coolest story ever (which I’ll share more on soon) but my Fiance @Miles Jones and I were introduced at the Skool Games. He also runs a massive community on skool. The future is going to be insanely exciting! We're currently in a U.K. Castle as ya'll can see below 👇

How I'd make 5k from scratch
If I lost everything and had to start from scratch to make $5,000 fast… this is the exact plan I’d follow. In my recent youtube, I break down: - How to pick a profitable skill (even if you’re just starting) - Where to find your first clients without ads or an audience - The warm email script I used to land one of my first gigs - My “flywheel” strategy that turns content into long-term income Whether you’re stuck getting clients or just want a simple roadmap, this vid is a solid place to start. 🎥 Watch it here → https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4FqwJweVIo8&views P.S. An insane 8 week sprint starts in a couple days, and I’ve only got 2 spots left in the cohort. If you’re on the fence and want in, drop a comment below and I’ll DM you the details 🚀

@Patrice Moore There are currently 3 money models built in to the concept...just saying money models in case Hormozi ever reads these posts. (1) the team have a week to gather subscribers (at $1/year). We have a leaderboard and there are currently no rules on how you source people to read. That's the READ SKOOLMAGAZINE HERE community - used only for the link to read each month (and to notify members when a new issue is out) So, worst ...that should cover the hard cost of both groups and then..well, i hope we eventually have as many readers as there are Skoolers (each person signing up at least once). (2) Affiliate revenue for when people have had a go at making a mag but have identified a weakness they need help with (eg. writing, design, sales, marketing, etc). (3) Because it is limited to a small group of 20 Skoolers at a time, when we do switch on paid ($29) it will basically be 30 days for $29...we may have some upsell courses/1-on-1 sessions within the community later to get access to some coaching/assistance with people's own launch. Mostly...i am doing it because it is fun and i want to share my experience. I have regular income from "Actual" work on magazines etc so..not feeling super pressured to make too much $$$$ here. Letting it settle and ironing out all the kinks before i will start promoting a bit harder in Nov & Dec. All suggestions MOST welcome! (maybe we interview you one day...)
