Hey Department Fam, I am getting bogged down by trying to figure out how to make recording videos sustainable for me, but I’m getting stuck in the expectation that YouTube rewards the polished video look. Anyone have some insight they can share of the results they get posting with a simpler setup?

Hi Everyone, I would really love your feedback on my recent thumbnails and titles. I have almost 9k subs but my channel has pivoted so many times that I think it has lost my viewers. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong with the titles and thumbnails - but the recent videos aren’t performing as well as my older ones. @Omar El-Takrori would you suggest I start again or just keep going until the algorithm picks up my new content? I'm not sure how to introduce who I am and what I do without coming across intrusive. I've heard people say that we should be free to communicate what we do and at the same time, respect the boundaries of each community.
