@Suki Kermali Currently I’m struggling most with cravings, stress and lack of sleep. Balancing work, family and household responsibilities can sometimes feel overwhelming, and when I’m tired or stressed it often results in less movement and feeling unmotivated to work out. There are days where I feel really good in myself and proud of the progress I’ve made. But at times it feels like my hormones and energy dip, which makes me doubt myself and how far I’ve come. One of my biggest fears is falling back into old habits and undoing the progress I’ve worked hard for. I can see how stress and lack of sleep often trigger cravings and make it harder to stay consistent. I’d really love to understand your perspective on how to manage stress better, balance the cravings and support my body so I can stay consistent and keep moving forward with a positive and fun focus, as I’m really committed to improving my health and understanding the root causes so I can build something sustainable long term. 💗
