@Thomas Westlund Thanks so much for sharing! I did a Google search and they don't accept AI-generated music and I didn't know that! I deleted my 2 uploads and requested a refund via Paypay!

@Terrence Bullock Thanks! I'm NEVER going to let anyone outside of myself STOP me from anything! I'll keep my personal power of choice; thank you very much! 😂😂💯💯
YouTube / DistroKid payments: still radio silence…
Hey team 👋 Still no concrete news about July’s YouTube royalties through DistroKid. I’ve been looking for updates, but I can’t find anything clear. No proper explanation from either side, no YouTuber covering it that I’ve seen, and mostly speculation on Reddit… Honestly, this lack of communication isn’t normal. We should at least know what’s causing the delay and what to expect. On top of that, my views are dropping. Between the delayed payments and declining views, it’s been pretty tough to stay positive lately. I’m still putting in the work, but I won’t lie—it’s getting to me. How’s everyone else doing? Are you still waiting for July’s payments too? How are your views holding up? Hopefully @Jesse Hull or @Mark Draijer will have some news to share soon. Even a small, concrete update would help 🙏

@Theo G I feel you Bro! I really sense something going on and nobody's talking about yet! DistroKid is being sued and I wonder if that has anything to do with it! Just a thought! I don't know what's up with YouTube...Heard from a YouTube creator that YouTube is under investigation! It was only that one person, and I haven''t come across any other YouTubers talking about it.

@Theo G I hear you..Jesse did address it I think in video and he stated he didn't know what's happening either, that he doesn't personally know anyone at neither DistroKid nor YouTube! He's not given the inside scoop of what’s going on; he's in the dark like all of us in this situation! I'm sure as soon as he hears anything he'll let the community know I'm sure of that! I pray we get our funds very soon and hear what's really going on!
Wow..15k in my last month 🔥🚀
I promised Jesse I would share my wins under one of his videos. So here we go, hopefully this gives you all some motivation🙏 I came across Jesse's channel when he still had the Soprano's thumbnails 😎🎥 and a lot less views 😜 I already had a YouTube channel with AI music. So when he showed his method I knew this was something I could do myself. However, It's wasn't a straight road to succes. I've had artists fail and definitely had to find my own way of doing things. Find a rhythm to be consistent and not burning out. For me the balance was creating a bit less music and also focus on content. Because I like creating content👌 This resulted in two different artists which together earned me 15k in this last month. This really changed my and my families life🙏 So Jesse, thank you brother 🙏 you are a real one 🫡 And to the others if I can do it. You can do it too💪
Wow..15k in my last month 🔥🚀

The Healing Music Takeover 🌿
This week's niche might be the best watch-time play we've found. Ran a 252-keyword vidIQ export on healing music — and the numbers are deep. Why this niche is different: this audience just doesn't listen to songs, they run 1 to 8 HOUR videos on loop — sleep, meditation, work, therapy. That's the longest watch time in all of music. And it's 100% instrumental, so that is your immediate differentiation. The open doors from the data: • "healing music" — 612K/mo at 36.1 • "background music" — 2.4 MILLION/mo at 24.4 • "nature sounds" — 539K at 31.9 • "soft piano" — 411K at 29.8 • "432hz music" — 120K at 29.3 • "indian flute" — 44K at 19.6 (lowest competition in the whole export) • "therapy music" — 37K at 21.2 One titling tip that's worth the whole post: "432 hz" (with a space) is 543K searches at 61 competition — brutal. But "432hz music" (no space) is 120K at 29.3. Same exact sound, a third of the competition. The spelling you choose decides whether you rank. That's the kind of thing the data catches and guessing doesn't. Attached to this post: 🌿 HEALING MUSIC BEGINNER PACK — 144 prompts across 8 clusters: core healing, 432hz, soft piano, nature sounds, deep sleep, stress relief, spiritual, and music for the soul. Every section headed by its exact target keywords + numbers — those are your titles, pre-researched. 🔔 FREQUENCY HEALING DOMINATION PACK — the deep dive: 160 prompts across 432hz, 528hz, solfeggio, chakra, Tibetan bowls, reiki, Indian flute, and 3-hour sessions. Reiki alone is a B2B goldmine — healers need session tracks constantly. Workflow: copy → Suno Custom Mode → Style of Music → render a long one → DistroKid + upload the video with the keyword as your title. One note: keep the descriptions honest — "relaxing," "calming," "for meditation." Don't promise medical cures. The vibe sells itself without the claims. 1000 Spotify Streams
My husband and I started creating music for our artists and we hit the 1000 streams milestone on our first 2 tracks today with others following closely behind with 11,300 streams on our profile. Head down, working focused. UPDATE- 1 month later Just one month after this original post, we have hit 1000 streams on Spotify for 14 more tracks, we currently have almost 40K streams on our profile in the last 28 days and are on-track to hit 1000 streams on 6 more songs this month. Looking to continue and accelerate the growth of our duo's artist profile. So grateful I stumbled upon @Jesse Hull 's videos on YT a few months back.
