DistroKid changed the message again👀
The new line in my Distrokid Bank: "They will hit your DistroKid Bank as soon as we get them." That does not sound very hopefully for the September royalties 🤨 if would have expected something like "we're processing them." Or something. So strange that we don't get told why YouTube is withholding payment to Distrokid specific... I know a lot of you are waiting on YouTube royalties so I thought I share this with you🙏

@Theo G no way brother..... What happened? Did they give you a reason? These guys are real scumbags. They better pay that owed money. Just go to a other distributor and get your whole catalogue uploaded there!!

They also adjusted this on the bank message. But the "they will hit your Distrokid bank once we get them." does not sound very hopefull right? You would think they would have gotten them by now if they need to process them still..

Amuse for AI Music Distribution – Worth Considering?
Hi everyone! Given the ongoing issues with DistroKid, it might be a good idea to look into alternative music distributors. Has anyone here used Amuse specifically for AI-generated music? If so, I'd love to hear about your experience so far. Would you recommend it as an alternative to DistroKid? Thanks in advance!

@Adrian Dutan yeah I'm on amuse since April. They paid me now for 4 months, also got the YouTube royalties of July. I'm very happy with them. The data availability is top notch, every day it gets updated 👌🫡

If the music doesn't get streams at one point it's okay I think so delete it. Because with AI the effort is so low to create music. It doesn't seem logical to just keep adding music on the platform and leaving it one it if it does not get streams.

@Jacob Roman same for me. They labeled me automatically haha. I had my music labelled already just not the persona. But did not affect me one bit it seems..I had labelled my music as AI but
