Video library?
Hi Jackie, there are some great videos in your posts, can they all be in one place perhaps? Sorry if I’m missing that one place - have looked at Classroom but not everything is there? Thx, Kay - Happy Friyay

🎬 New video is LIVE early for you!
Just for my community — you get first access to this week's video before it goes public tonight! 20-Min Fascia Flow for Menopause Belly, Bloating & Stiffness This one's based on some deep-dive research I've been doing into fascia (the connective tissue web that holds your whole body together) and why it gets stiff and "sticky" after 50 — which is a big piece of that puffy, tight belly feeling so many of you mention. Standing + mat work, no equipment, 20 minutes. https://youtu.be/78Wejt2K0H0 Doesn't matter what level you're on — jump in and let me know how it feels! 💛

Trying to work my way through some of them. They all look really good it’s just trying to find the time to try them all. Thank you for all the time and effort you put into creating these.
Menopause isn't a decline. In some cultures, it's called your "energy season." 🌸
One of the biggest mindset shifts I've picked up on Dr Stacy Sims' Menopause course isn't about macros or training splits — it is about language. In Japan, menopause is called kōnenki (更年期). Break down the characters and you get: renewal + years + season. Literally, "renewal years" or "energy season." Not a decline. Not a disorder. A second spring. And it's not just semantics — Japanese women report fewer severe hot flashes, which researchers link to a mix of cultural reframing, lifelong movement, and a diet rich in soy and green tea. In Mayan culture, it's a similar story. Menopause isn't dreaded — it's welcomed. It marks freedom from childbearing and a rise in status. Post-menopausal women often become the community's advisors, storytellers, and healers. Compare that to the Western narrative most of us grew up with: menopause as something to fear, medicate, and quietly endure. And the research actually backs this up. Studies show the negative symptoms so many of us associate with menopause are strongly linked to living in societies that devalue older women. The story we're told shapes the experience we have. So today's a good day to ask: what would it feel like to treat this as your energy season instead of your decline? 👇 I'd love to know — does "renewal years" feel true for you right now, or are you still fighting your way there? Drop a comment, no wrong answers.

Just hit 100 members and over today!
Wow, the community has just passed 100 members - @Fiona Fisher you were my 100th member. Congratulations 🎉🎉 Now the hard work really begins! Tomorrow (Monday) I'm taking the afternoon off as it's my son's graduation at Cardiff Uni. He achieve a First in Computer Science and has already found himself a job. So proud of him. Oh and he's now living with me and my partner, Mike for at least a couple of years apparently!! On Tuesday I'll be posting a poll to find out what you really want to see/help with in this community. Don't forget apart from being a Pilates Instructor and Personal Trainer, I have 18 years experience as a Nutritional Therapist and worked with numerous clients 1:1 so this is slightly different working with you in a community. So to shape this community, I'd really love feedback, suggestions etc. PLUS, I'm going live on Tuesday this week at 5pm BST and I'll post about that tomorrow. Have a good rest of your weekend. xx
